In-Camera Double Exposure Soft Focus Effect

Challenge #11 in the Eclectic series. Hosted by upuaut.
Challenge has finished
By taking two identical shots of the same scene; one in focus, and another out of focus, we can produce a dreamy representation of the scene. The subject is open; people, landscapes (or any -scape), flowers, etc. The one strict rule is: the final soft-focus image must have been shot to produce one image. A minimum of 2 exposures is required. More is ok. Please state the number of exposures used to produce your final image.
