Capture any day-time or twilight outdoors scene with any ND (Natural Density) filter where you expose for at least 15 seconds. Any subject is acceptable. Please refer to Additional rules. The limit is set to 50 initially. If the challenge fills up fast, I'll consider bumping it up to 75. In your submission, please state if an ND or a Grad ND was used, and which one (e.g. ND3-1000X) Have fun.
