Challenge #58 in the variable subjects I series. Hosted by Lext123.
Challenge has finished
Thanks to modern image editors it is possible to alter existing -, or even create complete new images that could never be captured as a single picture. Show me a composition split in two areas with on the left (or top) your source material and on the right (or bottom) the final result after processing. Voters should take every aspect into account: final result, difficulty, originality, artistic ability and composition layout. Have fun. I liked the picture of the redwood trees, but it needed something to make it more exciting. The vision of a T-Rex romping through the forest came to mind. It took a bit of searching to find the right T-Rex graphic. I extracted the T-Rex, applied some texture to his skin, put more red in his eye and added some olive color filter for "atmosphere" to the final merged image.
