Well, so this is the matter here: show us pictures of flowers and men The ideal winning photo should harmonise in the same frame a men (or a woman) and a flower, with a non-trivial, surprising relation among the two subjects.

hmmm...
LOVE the image...

but on a humorous note, I don't know which is worse:
wearing nylons in a field, or running with scissors. ;-)

humble suggestions:
- get a camera with good tracking AF, at least 5frames/sec bursts, and a fast lens, better if a zoom
- shoot against the light source on overcast day, early morning or late afternoon
- choose background carefully
- ask girlfriend, daughter, sister etc to walk up the hill a few times while you shoot
- choose the capture with a dynamic look, (hair dancing, legs shining, shirt floating), fidddle with PP grad filter and brush to enhance light and dark areas
