In this challenge show us insects or spiders (or other small arthropods) eating their prey. Insects eating spiders, spiders eating insects, insects eating insects.... your choice! (Please, NO birds, or animals eating these small creatures.) The creatures should be outside in their natural environment, not inside under studio lights. Macro or close-up shots only. A Jumping Spider Meets Its Fate

Big eats small. That is one of the rules of the jungle. The small jumping spider tried to make an exception. It attacked the much bigger lynx spider. But the lynx spider counter attacks with lightning reflex and caught the jumping spider in mid-air. Then it took the prey to the leaf for leisurely consumption.
