Reflection

The nice and colorful spider was found on the ledge of my balcony. Lacking a good background in that position has been transported and placed on a glass table to better show its shape. This position helped me greatly in making the photographs because its yellow color is more evident. It also created a nice effect of reflection at the bottom that is very pleasing to see in the picture. The table in dark glass also allowed me to tweak the background color in post production in order to highlight more the shape of a spider. The color of the spider but is not altered, its color is real. I think this is an example of a picture taken in macro allowing insects to highlight every detail of their bodies.
