SPY: OUT OF CONTROL DRUNKEN REVELLERS

Can see from metadata that this New Years Eve at 02:03;47 and these two drunken revellers arrested for unruly behaviour and throwing bottles at passers-by. Camera has 'Discreet" mode..(no sound, no flash etc) and hence possibility of this environmental candid portrait. None of the 4 persons were aware they had been photographed!
