Challenge has finished
In this new series, I aim to reflect that, as humans, we are utlimately on our own. Our own quest, our own search for reality, for 'the truth' in our view of the grand scheme of things. Share your picture that reflects that.

A Hindu Temple Priest in Cave Temple known as Ganapathy Guha 1400-meter high from sea level in the forest. There is a trekking path which goes down & ends in this cave.Once in while only , there will be few devotees coming here. But the priest lives on the hill with his family. Even in cold & mist or rain , he keeps on doing the rituals whole day , through out the year. In olden days, saints used to find such caves & used to sit there for meditation. This cave is said to be used by the Hindu Saint Sri. Addi Shankara. After all , we are on our own in search of truth ! This is not an HDR pic,A single raw file processed in LR & slight spot removals in PSCS5. It was just finished raining,so light was good & falling on rocks.
