If you look at the base of the turret, you will see drops of oil still leaking, after 71 years from the Arizona's oil bunkers. They're the Tears of the Arizona.

I considered entering a shot of some oil spots on the water, but there was nothing else in the picture to suggest they were associated with the Arizona.
