I was asked to shoot pics at the quarter final of a regional cooking contest, it was much fun to do ! Here two steaks in the making. They are European filet steaks, so without bones or fat. ;-) Mario.

Notes:	Good light, so taken at ISO 100 with my Minolta prime 100/2.8 at 5.6 with S 1/125 (no flash). The red and meaty look with the crisp cooking bubbles raised my appetite: the staff and photographer were presumed to consume the results, .... which was no challenge at all ;-)
