I asked the barber permission to take a photo and categorically he said "NO". So I took it from the street looking thru the glass window of the front door. I put to use any possible trick I know to reduce reflections produced by the glass, and all hand held.

Thank you for your comments, even more appreciated when they are coming from 'of my own choice' mentors. Steve, I agree with you, when I pass by this barbershop, it was screeming at any passerby with a camera to have its picture taken. To this day, I still do not know why I like it. So many feeling converge here, but I think it has to do with what the objects and subject in it symbolise at a personnal level of the viewer. Trust me, you want to have your hair cut here even if you have a Kojak head.

One of my favorites in the challenge. I don't very often vote 4 stars. Not sure why I like this so much - maybe the old fashioned look to it - or the bright, shadowless light. Anyway, nice work!
