Tight Spider Web

This has to be the tightest spacing I've ever seen in a spider web. It was simply beautiful... I even got my kids out of bed to go outside and see it. ;o) Unfortunately, it was a little breezy that night, so while this was an award winning web, it will not translate to an award winning photo. Many of the others in this challenge are breathtaking.

It sure does. I attempted to count, and at its tightest spacing, there were somewhere between 22 to 24 threads per inch. Nature is amazing! Thanks for the comment.
