Post-processing is allowed, but offcourse only when the pictures are taken with a Pentax/Ricoh DSLR.

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

Pictures must be taken with a Pentax/Ricoh DSLR, NOT with any other Pentax camera like a Q or something(that will be the next series).
