This one is simple: Take a photo with 2+ subjects in it and switch around their faces. Alternatively you may switch any body parts around but faces will have the most impact. Make it funny or make it subtle, the choice is yours!

Image must contain 2 or more subjects (human, animal or statue of either).
Image most be processed to switch around body parts from one subject to the other.
Side-By-Side comparisons are allowed but not required - if you don't use one, your processing should be obvious.
Images *must* have a title or be disqualified.
