Alligator with Blue Crab

One of my favorite animals to photograph is the American Alligator. Here one comes up out of a South Carolina marsh pond with a fresh caught blue crab. this is a wild alligator, living and photographed in the wild.

Nice shot!

The description says : The picture was taken with a 420 mm focal lenght....
but the lens was only a 300mm lens. I need an explanation.

Glad you liked the pic!
I had a 1.4 extender on a 300 making it a 420.
There was no spot that I saw in the lens listing to add an extender to the description.
So there ya have it. :-)
