FOOTPATH, n.
1. a path for people going on foot. a narrow path for walkers only
2. British. footway -+- Many times, people walk along a footpath and never notice the beauty of it. Show me a photo that has an obvious footpath in it for humans to walk on, like (for instance) a hiking trail. This may be stepping stones or bare dirt that has been beaten down by hundreds of walkers (for example). It may be in a big field or in a forest (for example). But, it must be a regularly used footpath. -+- NOT ALLOWED (as a few examples) -- footsteps in the snow or footsteps on the sand of a beach, roads obviously used by cars/trucks (etc.).
