I agree with Don, nice shot but too much post processing, it looks unnatural to me. Her skin looks like it's made out of metal and the out of focus background looks like it was printed with a really cheap enlarger lens. Plus some kind of HDR processing I guess? Going B&W is fine, but I have to imagine straight up processing would be a nicer result.
