I had a message hinting to the fact that the image was reversed, you might find my reply appropriate:

..." strange fiddler indeed: not only was he lefthanded but the violin had only 3 strings and the sound was atrocious.
The luminous sign at the top left corner of the image, not lit when the pic was taken, reads "(Cinema) Romano" in italics, it is placed at the North entrance to the early 20th century Galleria Subalpina, a covered court in Parisian style.
This is proof that the image is not reversed"...

After seeing this, I do not know if it is worth to submit my shot. You have the artist in the sweet spot, the curious pedestrian, also in the spot, and a really nice B&W. We can clearly see the instrument, and I can almost hear it.

Too kind Alex! But why should you be modest?
From your words I see that you know what you want to be in the picture to tell the story effectively, things like: composition (primary and secondary subjects), framing to include only the essential, DOF to discriminate foreground and background.
That’s more than half of the job.
All you need now is to be lucky like I was to find everything nicely set up, and have a camera that you know well (rather than the latest model) in your hands.

Yeah, everything came together. That is why I am always ready for "the" shot, always with my Sony A-100 "locked and load".
