Challenge has finished
The mind recognizes familiar patterns; words in the branches of a tree, animal shapes in the clouds, faces in the pattern of a flower. This series invites you to turn that survival skill into whimsical art. Submit photos of what you've found in nature that looks like something else... clouds shaped like animals, shapes in your coffee foam, leaf-patterns shaped like your Aunt Susie. Preferably no letters, numbers, or faces... we already did those! :-) Explanations in title and text are encouraged. Help us all see what you see.

Taken along the Oregon coast. It wasn't until I was reviewing my pics that I saw the Chinese Dragon rolling in from the Pacific as a wave.
