About the Nikkor 20mm lens: What do you mean by "inverted"?

I assume he's talking about "reverse macro" where the lens is mounted backwards using a special mount to give microscope like capabilities.

Zorgon's right, the lens is mounted backwards with a Nikon BR2A adapter ring. This gives awesome levels of magnification :)

Hi Chris,
No, absolutely no flies were harmed.
I'll give u the secret for this shot :
1) Catch a fly (easy !)
2) Place it in a reversed glas
3) Put some Carbon Dioxyde (CO2) in the glass -> The fly is 'asleep' for about 2 minutes.
4) Take the shot
5) The fly wake up
6) Don't do it again with the same fly !

No so cruel, huh ??
