Howrah bridge is a cantilever bridge located in Kolkata. It spans the Hoogly river and Kolkata city. This bridge is named after a great Indian bengal poet Rabindranath Tagore as Rabindra Sethu. Daily traffic on this bridge is nearly 100,000 vehicles and 150,000 pedestrians.
