Let me say this. I have never seen a better shot of Grand Canyon than this. Yes, I've seen lots and lots of those. Some with thick mist. Some with sunset/sunrise rays of light. Some with snow. But all are rare scenes an ordinary traveler never sees. This shot is awesome!

@Laszlo: This was taken at sunset just after the sun had dropped below the horizon. A storm system was passing but there was some open sky to the west that allowed a nice twilight glow from the western sky.
