Bright Lights, Big City 2 (from any elevation!)

2 votes at 1.0? How can anybody in their right mind give this a 1.0 score? This is a stunningly good photo. I can't see this getting rated anything below a 7 or 8. Personally, I think it's a 10. Methinks there are some people who want to win so bad they vote other people down - which in their heart of hearts, they know does not really constitute a win. My comments are not directed at any other entry or entrant in particular, because I don't know who's doing it. But somebody is. Shame on them.
