-Inner Strength- (BW Shots of a Male Human Adult + Face)
Challenge has finished
Last year I held a challenge called Inner Beauty which challenged entrants to depict this subjective phrase. This time around, take a shot of a scene with a human adult male as the main subject. The main subject must be visibly at least 1/4 of the height or width of the photo area. It would be preferable (but not compulsory) for entrants to provide some info on your entry.

This photo was created with a few characteristics that keep it from being easy and predictable to view. The slightly off center crop creates some visual tension... and the use of a ring flash, giving the subject a unique dark halo effect sometimes seen in fashion photography. Hope you enjoy it as much as I have creating it.
