Challenge #3 in the Landscapes on purpose series. Hosted by Sugarbaker.
Challenge has finished
Show your best landscapes that weren't just opportunistic... show something you had to hike for... something you had to get up early (or stay up late) for. Maybe you rented a plane or skied through some out-of-bounds terrain to get the view.

For this shot, i had to Climb over mountains of ice. The mountains of loose icepieces were build up by the wind. The loose pieces of ice were razorSharp and gave me some nasty cuts. But when i finally reached the perfect spot, the struggle was imidiately forgotten.
