Art is the product or process of deliberately arranging items (often with symbolic significance) in a way that influences and affects one or more of the senses, emotions, and intellect. (Wikipedia) - In that sense Nature cannot create art, since it is not deliberate, but when we make a picture of it, it is deliberate. Show us a photo of something natural that resembles art, maybe an unusual rock or tree or a natural ice sculpture. Please comment on what we see.

•Colors and contrast should appear natural and realistic.
•Basic processing, and cloning out of distractions, is allowed.
•Subtle HDR is okay as long as it isn't blatantly visible

They say that nature doesn't create art, but I beg to differ. There is never-ending beautiful art in every snowflake.

Notes:	This is image has been processed with Lightroom 4 and Photoshop CS5 using hand-held focus-stacking techniques to bring it all into focus. Sharpening filters were also applied.

The answer to the question is quite simple - the photograph was taken at around -10C outside :) The ringlite that I use produces very little heat, so I freeze and the snowflake stays frozen!

And just to geek us all out, not all crystal formation is the same, mainly because of the combination of Hydrogen and Oxygen lattice while it combines to freeze together. I was curious about how beautiful it is especially we did not have snow in Philippines. But now in Seattle every now and then we get snow and the miniature are is really beautiful.
