You can see this man at Lipscani, Bucharest historical centre (Centrul istoric), dressed like Charlot, trying to get some money for living. I took this photograph in April 2011. Then I was there some months later and I saw him still there. Probably during this cold cold winter he is not working in the street... we'll see next Summer...
If you enlarge the photo you can see a white mouse (alive) on his hat :)
