Waterlife Amphibious

Challenge #13 in the WaterWorld series. Hosted by OldArrow.
Challenge has finished
Those cold-blooded animal sorts that live in the waters but visit dry land, or vice versa... Ubiquitous and well-known, some are relatively easy to photograph, the others not quite so easy. People will generally try to sneak upon some dreamy froggie, but quietly mount a telephoto lens to shoot a snake! Let's see some among your beautiful shots of snakes, frogs, lizards, tortoises, or maybe tidal zone snails, shells, crabs... DO NOT enter pics of warm-blooded animals! PLEASE read all the Rules carefully. I hate having to disqualify, but will when I have to.
