Internally lit, neon or LCD signs ON poles. NO signs ATTACED to buildings. No Billboards. Signs that are lit by an EXTERNAL light bulb(s) shining on the sign WILL be DQ'd! No shots of Las Vegas or any other Casino's, we'll do them later.
