Following some of the suggestions, I've cloned out a few of the smaller, untidy branches, boosted the contrast, and did a slightly tighter crop. These flowers are a local wildflower and grow only about 3-4cm high. I actually shot this by setting the camera on "auto" and held it on the ground facing upward. A completely "blind" shot which explains the strange focal field. The sunburst was a complete surprise.
