A mid-market consumer magazine, specializing in cigars, is looking for a compelling cover. The client requires a very pleasing image in a vertical format (portrait orientation) and must prominently depict a cigar. The image may be of a lone cigar, multiple cigars or someone enjoying a cigar, so long as the reader can see the cigar quite clearly.

consider the light area near the eye. and all the shadows too not looking naturally shot. i think this guy put more efforts on post processing than capturing the shot. this is a great picture.. not a great " PHOTOGRAPH"..

Eyes are poorly done I admit, but the rest I see as true photographic highlights and shadows.
