Illuminated reddish-yellow by a powerful sodium streetlight on the other side of the road, this rundown house is one of the oldest (barely) surviving houses in my hometown Polo, Valenzuela, Philippines, ravaged by years of monsoon flooding and apparent neglect although it is still inhabited. I shot this photo hand-held as my family was having supper at an eatery opposite the house.
