If there's one general problem that's common to nearly all cameras, it's ISO noise - whether it be from using the no-flash auto setting, shooting in the dark, trying to catch fast action, or your flubbing the manual settings.
Whatever the case was, your resulting photo is nearly or entirely unusable because of too much "grain".
