Plz dont merge different photos to create one.
No HDRs plz.
No border/copyright signature on photo plz.

Capture date rules:

No restrictions.

Additional rules:

No nude/vulgar pictures or abusive writings.
Photo must contain one or more human elements.
Photo must be of a street scene and smoke should be visible.
No B&W, only color shots.
If a photo is found as not matching with the theme plz report it responsibly before voting starts.
