Your take on someone els's art (READ THE RULES)

Challenge #24 in the This and that series. Hosted by rjr020.
Challenge has finished
Let's see a picture of somebody else's art. Most of us can relate to going someplace and wanting to capture a piece of art someone else has created, it's often surprisingly difficult to do so in an artistic way though. Give it a try. If you can, name the piece and maybe say something about it to give some background.

I found this scene in an art store window in Lewisburg, Pa. Someone had rubber banded a cutout of Van Gogh's face to a wooden mannequin and posed it in front of a reproduction of Van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night." This photo was taken at midday with very strong sunlight making it difficult to get a correct exposure.

Notes: Because the mid day light was so strong I used a variable ND filter to help cut down on window reflections and to allow a longer exposure. I experimented with a number of ND exposure settings. This one worked the best.
