The Satin Bowerbird (female here, males are fully black with a bluish sheen) has amazing eyes that are naturally blue but change colour depending upon the angle of light hitting their eyes. I have photos of the eye being blue, pink/purple and brown. Found in certain parts of the eastern portion of Australia
