- Photos **MUST** be of either blue houses, blue Corvettes/automobiles, blue street signs, people wearing blue clothing, or blue windowsills
- HDR is allowed in this challenge
- No scanned images
- No digital composites
- No children under age 16
- Do not frame photos or watermark them
- Only photos that you, yourself, have taken
