A really small shell photographed on my beach towel. These shells are commonly found on sandy beaches but are so small that can be easily mistaken for sand. The scale is pretty clear when you notice the fibers of the towel.

|Focal length:||36 mm|
|Shutter speed:||1/320 sec|
|Notes:||I used the minimum aperture available to ensure only the shell was in focus and surrounded by an abstract background, mimicking the sea. Shutter speed had to be fast enough because I handheld the camera and the subject was really close.|
