This pic is taken on the passage -named "Autobahn" - from High Camp to Denali Pass (highest in North-America) during a traverse of Mount McKinley May-June 2011. This is really hard work in rarified air (5400 meters above sea-level). At this point I was helping out a mate with his sledge.

Taken: Monday, 6th June, 2011
Focal length: 5.1 mm
Shutter speed: 1/1000 sec
Aperture: F3.5
ISO: 80
Notes: The point here was to capture the two sledges tied into my back-pack and the rope-team further below, while creating an impression of the steepness involved. Again the wide-angle lens came to good use. Equipment: Panasonic Lumix LX 5 with 18 mm (FF equivalent) lens-attachment. Wide and light equipment.
