The person has to be the focus of the photo
Obviously I'm not an authority on every country and their people groups so I ask entrants to use their discretion to sumit images that will be known internationally as the voters will also be international and you don't want to be recieve low votes just because of people's ignorance.

Igorot People

Cordillerans are the people of the Cordillera region, in the Philippines island of Luzon. The Igorot form two subgroups: the larger group lives in the central and western areas, and is very adept at rice-terrace farming; the smaller group lives in the east and north. The tribal groups formerly practiced headhunting.
