Location: India Process: Milkman wakes up at 1 AM. Milks cows in his farm. Fresh milk from Milkman goes to processing units to get pasteurized between 2 and 3. Post packaging into poly packages, they are loaded into trays which are carried in the lorries as shown in the picture. Milk reaches the farthest retailer by at most 7 AM. This photograph depicts the empty trays being carried back.
