-Must be shot in New York!
-No Nudity! there are kids who take photos and submit them just like the rest of us!
-No snapshots. Only decently composed photos.
-Only unique photos please. Do NOT submit photos that half the world has taken!
-When it comes time to vote, please vote fairly.
