This wild rosella has an overgrowth on one side of her lower beak, to compensate she has learned to pick up seed with one foot and eat it on the opposite side. For the past two years I have trapped her and trimmed the beak every few months when it reached back to her eye, as in this photo just prior to her last trim. A relationship we both appreciate.
