Themis atop the century old Hong Kong Legislative Counsel Building being entrapped on the left by the Bank of China Building(representing China) and on the right by Li Ka Shing's flagship headquarter building(representing the rich). This accurately represents the political situation in Hong Kong, with the government paying attention only to the demands of leaders of China and the wealthy citizens of Hong Kong.
