This person lives in Dhanushkodi, Rameswaram Island near Tamilnadu, India. This place was badly hit by a strong cyclone in 1964 and almost evrything devastated. only few ruins are left. This guy, with everything lost, beg for his lively hood and might have seen the cyclone devastation for sure. You can see fear in his eyes.
