Filter Effects: Soft Focus

Long before digital editors, photographers used filters to create special effects during capture. One of the most common was the Soft Focus effect. This could range from subtle to the extremes of "Fog" or "Misty" type filters. As in the film era, the effect works best if a solid image is used as a start.
