Take shots of people in public underground places going about their everyday life. They could be in an underpass, parking lot, etc, except for shopping malls and private dwellings. Anything goes as long as rules are adhered to. Please provide brief (or detailed) explaination. If it's not to theme, don't submit it. Otherwise it might be DQ-ed.
