Basically that. Photo must not contain direct source of ligh or the reflection of the direct source of light. (i.e the sun, a lighted bulb, etc) If it's not to theme, don't submit it. Just make sure it looks good and the message (if there is one) is strong. Otherwise I'll DQ it.
