Taken in the Hamburger Bahnhof Museum in Berlin, the viewers are looking at a work by a Paul Pfeiffer, which features video of Bobby Moore from the 1966 World Cup final. Every other player, and the ball, has been digitally erased, leaving Moore apparently running around an empty pitch at random for 90 minutes
