Basically that. If it's not to theme, don't submit it. Make sure your shots look good. Otherwise I MIGHT DQ it. Do not post silhouette type of shots neither. Make sure the main subject clearly pokes out of the water. and the reflection (clear or blurred) is significant. Do not complain if you get DQ-ed for not folowing the rules.
